I feel like last week was one year long. I don’t know the last time I have experienced so many highs and lows in the span of 24 hours. by Wednesday I was tired by Saturday I was exhausted and I just wanted to go in my room, close the door, and never come out. But that’s not how life works. Even when you’re tired you have to keep going, for our sake, for our families sake, for our community’s sake. so in this episode, I want to talk about how to bounce back after experiencing mental fatigue and I hope to inspire you to keep going.

If you’re listening to this on the day of its release, it is indeed my birthday and I think birthdays are a great time to reflect over life and just like most of you, this year has been a little different than most. Celebrating is different. Folks have been asking me “what are your plans for your birthday” and I’m like well whatever I know do it will be at home, lol. Because the world is kinda closed right now. But in spite of everything that’s going on, I’m so thankful to see another year and I just want to share with you a few things I’ve learned over the past year and I hope to inspire you to cherish life.
