So by now I’m sure that you have your vision for this year set, you’ve made your plan and you been working hard on executing it. And while I know that your hard work is going to pay off this year, I want to make sure that you put some healthy habits in place so that you don’t burnout before the year is up. See, even though you may love what you do and you feel passionate about it, if you aren’t intentional with your self care you could end up feeling tired, wore out, and fed up. So in today’s episode I want to give you a few tips on how to ensure that you remain healthy mentally and physically this year while you work your goals.
