137 Age Ain't Nothing But A Number

I think Aaliyah said it best when she said “age ain’t nothing but a number.”  Now she was singing about something a lil different from what I’m talking about.  She was talking about love and relationships, but today I’m talking about your age in relation to your dreams and goals.  Now, we’ve talked about this before, but I see it far too often to not address it again.  Today we are going to talk about the unhealthy thought patterns related to age and success and I’ll help you learn what you should be telling yourself to help you be your best regardless of your age.  And I hope to inspire you to pace yourself.
